Chef Eddy Leung 擁有廿多年廚藝實踐經驗,曾於香港的多家五星級酒店工作,
包括太古酒店、麗思卡爾頓酒店、半島酒店Gaddis等。Chef Eddy在香港經營餐廳,
同時參與各地的國際烹飪比賽,並贏得多個重要獎項,
他甚至應邀成為比賽的評審,並於2016年4月被選為香港廚師協會主席。
Chef Eddy是香港開設私房菜的先驅。
他的第一間法國私房菜Poison Ivy在2003年之前十年間已經營得十分出色。
之後陸續開設Chef Studio by Eddy 等多間高級餐廳。
他對每一道菜都一絲不茍,憑著「用心梁廚」的信念,去感動每一位客人的味蕾。

Chef Eddy Leung has over two decades practical experience in the Culinary Industry,
which includes from working at several five-star hotels, such as the Swire Hotels, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Gaddis at the Peninsula Hotel .
Chef Eddy has won himself quite a number of significant medals and has been invited to be member of the Panel Judges as well.
With all substantial experience in the industry, Chef Eddy has been voted as President of the Hong Kong Chefs Association in April 2016.
Chef Eddy is the pioneer to establish Private Kitchen in Hong Kong.
Poison Ivy, Chef Eddy’s first French private kitchen, has been a great success for a decade until 2003.
Then it came Chef Studio by Eddy.
Chef Eddy features a selection of cuisines from around the world at CoShoppingSpace
to share the joys of eating and the best of life.

[ 頤 ] 是店主中文名字,亦是朋友們叫店主的其中一個別名。
也是 ‘大快朵頤’ 中的字,在我店主心目中這是一個安靜的字,
也代表 開心輕快的,痛痛快快地大吃一頓
呢間小店並唔係五星級餐廳,亦唔係星級大廚,
只係一位好用心好鍾意煮野食,
見到朋友們食到好食既食物時心情也會變得很好
呢個感覺對製作者(店主)來說是最幸福
